Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. This page lists every cookie Midlands Accountancy sets, what it does, and how to change your choices. For how personal information is handled more generally, see the privacy policy.
Essential cookies
These keep the site secure and working. They are not used for advertising or to track you across other sites, and because the site cannot work safely without them, they do not require consent.

Analytics
With your consent, we run our own first-party analytics to see which pages are useful. It is deliberately minimal:
- it does not run at all until you choose to allow it in the banner;
- it sets no cookies: it records an event name and a page path, with no identifier that could single you out;
- nothing is shared with advertising networks or any third party.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage under
ma_consent, so we do not ask you again on every page. Declining changes
nothing about how the site works.
The map on the contact page
The contact page includes a Google map that loads only if you choose to load it. Until you click, no request is made to Google. If you do load it, Google may set its own cookies under Google’s cookie policy, which we do not control.
Changing your choices
Use the Cookie settings control in the footer of any page, or the button below, to reopen the consent banner and change your choice at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the essential ones may stop the forms working.
Changes to this policy
If the cookies this site sets ever change, this page will be updated at the same time, because it is maintained alongside the code that sets them.
